Step 2 — WhatsApp Enquiry
Send your product choice to 0328 0112288. For custom cakes, share the occasion, preferred date, size, flavour and design idea.
Step 3 — Confirm Details
The bakery will confirm availability, size, flavour, decoration, final price and any applicable delivery or pickup details.
Step 4 — Payment & Preparation
Follow the payment instructions confirmed by the bakery. Preparation begins according to the agreed order and date.
Step 5 — Delivery or Pickup
Delivery timing and charges are confirmed with the customer. For pickup, the bakery will provide the relevant collection instructions.

Estimated delivery times can vary due to traffic, weather, courier conditions and order volume. Customers should keep their phone available around the agreed delivery period.
