Cakes, cupcakes, brownies and customised desserts are perishable or prepared specifically for an order. For this reason, ordinary returns may not be available once an order has been prepared or collected.
Cancellation Requests
Contact the bakery as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Whether a cancellation can be accepted may depend on how far preparation has progressed and any confirmed terms.
Incorrect or Damaged Order
If you receive an incorrect item or an item with a genuine packing or quality issue, contact the bakery promptly with your order details and clear photographs where appropriate so the issue can be reviewed.
Custom Design Changes
Requests to change design, wording, colour, flavour, size or other specifications should be made before final confirmation. Changes may not be possible after preparation has started.
Exchange
An exchange is considered only where the nature of the product and the specific issue make an exchange practical. The bakery will communicate the available resolution after reviewing the case.
